The POLDO Pocket app, which is easy and quick to use, allows the waiter to modify any ordered dish by changing ingredients or adding free-text messages for the kitchen, clearly presenting the customer's complete order in electronic format.

The unique feature of the POLDO Pocket system is the ability to work at the production stations while viewing the orders placed in the dining room on a monitor or tablet, in order of priority, with an indication of the customer's waiting time at the table and real-time information on the total number of dishes of the same type, allowing the chef to better organize the preparation of dishes and speed up service even further.
