The new d-Copia 3201MF and 4001MF are designed to provide centralized control of all office tasks, such as printing, scanning, copying, and faxing, quickly and efficiently. With speeds of 32 and 40 pages per minute respectively, they deliver print and copy jobs very quickly and with high quality, thanks to the increased print resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. Excellence is also guaranteed in scanning, which is becoming increasingly important in modern offices, thanks to the option of choosing from 3 different document feeders with capacities of 50, 140, or 270 sheets. The DP can achieve a maximum speed of 160 images per minute, even in color. With the optional "Scan Extension Kit" with built-in OCR functionality, it is possible to obtain a searchable PDF scan, as well as MS Office formats such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The operating autonomy is guaranteed by a paper capacity of 1,100 sheets in the base configuration, which can be expanded up to 4,100 sheets with optional devices.
The ability to store documents in the machine memory is also truly exceptional, thanks to the 32 GB Solid State Disk (SSD) memory, which is sufficient to handle heavy workloads with almost imperceptible data access times: furthermore, the d-Copia 4001 model comes "standard" with a 320 GB Hard Disk, available as an option for the 3201MF model.

d-Copia 3201MF and d-Copia 4001 MF feature the most effective solutions for data safeguarding and protection: in their standard configuration, they offer file encryption performance for data stored on the SSD and HDD. Thanks to the "AES 256" algorithm, every file temporarily stored in the machine memory will be inaccessible to any intrusion.

Thanks to the standard "sanitization" functionality, all machine memories, including the Hard Disk, SSD memory, and fax memory, can be completely and multiple times overwritten. This procedure is useful at the end of the machine's life to permanently delete all data and thus prevent it from being read by unauthorized personnel. The d-Copia 3201MF and d-Copia 4001MF boast "Common Criteria" certification according to ISO/IEC 15408 standards.

The d-Copia 3201MF and d-Copia 4001MF feature the same amorphous silica technology that allows the creation of photoconductive drums with a life of up to 600,000 prints, minimizing routine maintenance and the resulting operating costs. But the real innovations introduced by these new models are the solutions designed to limit electricity consumption, in particular the use of an innovative fusing unit that uses newly formulated toner to lower the fusing temperature: lower temperature, lower power consumption.
The effectiveness of the solutions adopted has enabled them to achieve Energy Star 3.0 certification, as well as full compliance with the new RAL UZ-205 and LOT 26/6 2017 environmental protection regulations.
The combination of NFC (Near Field Communication) and "Direct Wi-Fi" functions allows a direct connection between mobile devices and the d-Copia 3201MF/4001MF to share documents and control functions remotely. Thanks to the optional IB-35 wireless interface and various "mobile" apps, you can use your smartphone or tablet to print "on the go" or scan to the Cloud without a physical connection to the corporate network or the use of print drivers.
