EasyRetail Management Software

It is the management software that allows you to configure master data (departments, items, suppliers, customers), manage one or more warehouses (inbound/outbound, inventory, low stock, valued stock), print shelf tags and labels, program promotional campaigns and manage loyalty cards, generate sales statistics, and handle accounting (delivery notes, invoicing, account management, deadlines and payments, VAT balance, and basic bookkeeping).

It is the touch-screen sales interface, freely customizable according to your needs and configurable according to the sales activity. It simplifies operations at the checkout and allows the cashier to focus their attention on the customer. Easy to use and intuitive, EasyRetailPOS speeds up checkout operations, reduces customer waiting time, and minimizes the training time required to achieve maximum productivity.

By making full use of all the technology available today, it is possible to display much more information to the cashier on a large monitor. In addition to the standard operator display, the entire receipt is displayed on screen, along with the ability to use multiple work pages, selectable at any time with a simple tap on the screen.

A PC-based POS system certainly has many more functions than a standard cash register, an added value that justifies the investment.

Until the receipt is finalized, any modification can be made without any fiscal consequences, since the cash register will operate as a simple fiscal printer for issuing the receipt upon confirmation.

The issued receipts do not cause confusion among customers, as they do not print operator corrections and cancellations, and they clearly show every single sales entry, with the descriptive name of the product, any applied offer, and the summary lines at the end of the receipt for point reward campaigns or prepaid balance.

Any operator can use the EasyRetailPOS interface in a few moments, as the system restricts the operations to be performed by disabling unauthorized buttons and prevents any type of error.

Thanks to very easy item management, the sales activity is also made possible for those who do not know prices and products. Every operation will remain linked to the operator who performed it and easily traceable in the EasyRetail management software for appropriate controls.

Complete management of operators and their access keys allows you to enable or disable functions and customize the sales interface based on responsibilities or industry preferences.
