The new monochrome A4 multifunction devices are designed to meet the needs of small workgroups.


Five models are available to suit different user needs:

• d-Copia 3524MF, reliable, with print, copy, scan and fax functions, with speeds of up to 35 ppm and a resolution of 1200 dpi. Compact and quiet, it is also perfect for desktop use.

• d-Copia 3524MFplus, featuring built-in Wi-Fi and a 4.3" colour touchscreen.

• d-Copia 4023MF (without fax) and d-Copia 4024MF, ideal for more demanding workloads: print speeds of up to 40 ppm, reduced warm-up and first-print times, dual scanners and toner capacities of up to 7200 pages.

• d-Copia 4024MFplus, which, with built-in Wi-Fi and the JaWS platform, becomes smart to optimise workflow and meet the most advanced needs.

All models feature a powerful 800 MHz controller that allows multiple tasks to be performed simultaneously without compromising speed. The ability to save files acquired via the scanner to a USB flash drive or send them to email recipients (scan to email), server folders (scan to FTP) or a shared PC folder (scan to SMB) meets the needs of businesses looking to streamline processes and avoid unnecessary printing. The supported formats are countless. Large amounts of data can be transferred thanks to the high-compression data function, while confidentiality is guaranteed by PDF encryption.

The high resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi allows for the printing of sharp and precise images and graphics; the advantages are particularly evident when printing drawings and projects at reduced scale. Thanks to the single-pass dual-scan automatic feeder, the sheet does not need to be rotated, reducing the risk of damage; there are fewer mechanical operations that can wear out the machine over time, and a greater variety of paper can be used.

The d-Copia 3524MFplus and 4024MFplus feature both built-in Wi-Fi, which allows connection to wireless devices via an access point, and Wi-Fi Direct, which allows direct connection to up to three devices simultaneously. For all models, it is possible to print (wirelessly) directly from your mobile device, provided both are connected to the same local Wi-Fi network, or directly (if supported by Wi-Fi Direct) through the Olivetti Mobile Print App, compatible with Android and iOS; or through the AirPrint protocol for iOS devices without the need to install any additional software.
