How to Download the Agenzia delle Entrate QR Code for the Fiscal Cash Register
This guide explains how to download the QR CODE of your cash register from the tax drawer.
The obligation to display the QR CODE of the fiscal meter came into force with the introduction of electronic fiscal meters.
This label is essential to allow the control bodies to carry out tax checks at commercial establishments. In the absence of this label, a penalty is provided.
Where to Find the QR Code
As previously indicated, the QR Code of your electronic meter is available on your Tax Drawer.
It is possible to access it either through your accountant, who should already have the authorization, or directly, using your credentials or your SPID.
Below is the link to access the tax drawer web page.
Once you have logged into your Tax Drawer, scroll down the page until you find the ELECTRONIC INVOICING button, then click on it.
Go to the INVOICES AND RECEIPTS section and click on ACCESS to enter.
Scrolling down you will find the Receipts, section, click on go to Receipts.
In the event that Registration has not yet been carried out, the Manager and Operator area will not be visible. Before proceeding, you will need to click on REGISTER, and on the page that opens, you must enter your email and phone number, then save the data.
Next, or if registration has already been completed, you will need to click on Access Services.
Now you will need to click on SEARCH DEVICE in the menu on the left and then again on the BLUE button to search for all devices associated with your VAT number.
At the bottom of the page all electronic cash registers activated with your VAT number will appear. Click on the SERIAL NUMBER corresponding to the meter in question (the serial number can be found on the cash register label or at the bottom of the printout of a receipt or closing report).
Now you can view the new digital tax booklet, with the interventions carried out by authorized technicians, and download your QR CODE by clicking on the button indicated in the photo.
For a better rendering of the QR CODE, we recommend changing the print settings with a 30% enlargement. In this way, the print will be easily readable and can be applied to the cash register or the cash drawer in a simple way.
